"We booked all the villas and the main retreat. The villas were clean and spacious, beds comfy and all amenities provided for. They welcomed us with a bottle of Peter Drayton wines which we enjoyed immensely. The grounds and the estate were lovely to take a stroll in. The retreat house is located a bit further away from the villas and is about a 6 minute walk. The house is definitely older than the villas, but also clean and spacious. "What a wonderfully located, layed out and aesthetically pleasing place to spend a few days. The 'cabin' itself was clean, well stocked - wine, chocolate & chips - comfortably furnished and well positioned - facing the dam filled with water birds. spent most late afternoons/evenings sitting on the verandah with a glass (or three)... Comfortable bed, nice big bathtub, roomy shower, cosy lounge and functional kitchenette. We'll definitely be back!"
