"Loved our stay in Mesa. The condo was vlean and updated. The pool and jacuzzi location was close and very nice. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for something in the metro Phoenix area."

"We stayed at this East Mesa property for four weeks from mid-February to Mid-March. It was a welcome change from the cold Midwest. Everything went well. The property is very clean and the pictures on the website provide an accurate overview of the property. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay; we rarely heard noise from any of the other units. The property is very close to the 202, which was great for getting around the city. The negatives (I really hesitate to even use the word negatives...

"The condo itself is great, clean, comfortable beds and everthing you need in the kitchen. Communication was fast and pleasant with the owner. He has someone in the area meet you to enter the condo. Don't depend on directions from google, they mislead us! There is new construction going on close to the condo in the complex this winter (2023) but sound proofing in the condo is good so we didn't hear much."

"The condo was very nice. The toaster didn’t work and the host had a new one delivered by that afternoon, the tv was Ruko and needed an antenna to get local network stations, I don’t think the host knew about this but had an antenna delivered when she was informed about the situation. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our accommodations."

"The place was perfect for our weekend. We wanted something closer to our daughter’s soccer tournament fields. The communication from booking to checkout was amazing. It was clean and my daughter loved the welcome treats. The after hours texting was very responsive when I messed up reading one of the details at checkin. "We traveled with our 14-year old grandson, so a pool was important, and it was in close proximity to the condo. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was centrally located to Mesa attractions. We had a great stay and will be back next year!"

"My wife and my sister went to Mesa to visit my niece and her family. It was my wifes first trip to Arizona and I had so much I wanted to show her. While we did spend most of our trip visiting family, we did get a chance to go to Scottsdale and Sedona and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location of the VRBO was excellent as it was near the highways but not close enough to hear the road noise."

"We had the best 10 days here in the Mesa area! We had a bucket list of fun activities and got them all done! It was wonderful coming home to our comfy and clean condo every evening! We just need to know how we go about booking the same unit next March!!! Our only draw back was the technology with texting the VRBO. I didn’t want to create a new account, etc. also, we could not figure out how to get the NCAA basketball games on our tv. Although we did enjoy Netflix. Definitely want to stay...

"Convenient, clean, comfortable and safe. Parking is a challenge, however, through no fault of the owner. Additional unites being constructed has collapsed parking and is hopefully only temporary."

"I was nervous this place would be “tight” with 8 adults and 3 kids but it was amazing! The rooms were so big and lots of rooms for playpens. Loved the yard. Wished the pool was heated so we could have enjoyed it more. But that’s minor."
