Hotel room was very nice and clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was no noise around and also the food at the restaurant was delicious though price was bit high for the food, but overall very good service and place and people.

The property was nice, and rooms were clean on arrival, and had comfortable bedding. However there were a few things we weren't happy with, another customer smoked weed in the room just down from us. The smell was so strong, throughout our area, the hallway and our room. We notified the staff and they barely acknowledged it. We felt they could have at least apologised and tried something to sort it out- moved us or something. (We had our kids with us) Then due to circumstances we couldn't control, we needed to stay another night, when we went to book it, they said yes and quoted a price, which we were charged. However the next morning, they had no record of us staying another night, despite the money coming out from our account. Another thing was that they charged us an extra $20. When I asked what it was for- they said they 'didn't realise the extra night was more expensive' despite it being a Monday- not exactly peak time. Anyway it bothered us that they charged us, without asking or explanation, a polite conversation explaining the situation would have be lovely. I think it was super unprofessional to add a charge, due to the staff mistake and without consultation prior. Overall the staff service was not great- we felt they could have done much better- especially as we didn't want to be in the building for one whole day, because of the weed smell. Other things to note are that you cannot use the tv properly unless you have personal accounts for each service.

Exceeded expectations
This hotel completely exceeded expectations. Everything felt new and fresh and very clean. Staff were personable and helpful. Had an amazing mights sleep on a very comfy bed in a lovely, quiet, dark room - brilliant!

Large and clean rooms
Great hotel with large rooms, very clean and modern. Free beverages at lobby was added plus. Near to shopping centre. However, a casino in front of hotel gives dodgy vibes.

The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. The only issue we had was our room didn’t get cleaned and didn’t get fresh towels (2 night stay). The coffee machine was awesome to have but sadly wasn’t working the two times I checked it to make one but I’m sure this isn’t common. Great stay!

Two night stop over in Melbourne
A great hotel in an accessible situation near a shopping centre and restaurants, our only issue was the noise from the pub next door. Our room was great and bed linen superb. Staff were wonderful.

Family suite was spacious. Bedroom was quiet light overnight as light came directly through the bathroom window and door as they are frosted only.

The queen bed caused my wife and I back and neck pain. The bed was too soft and sunk. Not supportive enough. The noise factor was too high after midnight with drunk young females. (Saturday Night).
