Nice location
It was great location close to cbd. We had booking with breakfast but it was not available due to restaurant closure. This was a pain as not many options around at 7am for breakfast. We were given free onsite parking due to this. Overall good hotel.

The Property was not clean at all, there was old frozen food in the freezer of the fridge, wine glasses were dirty and dust through the room, we were moved to another room which was cleaner however we could not open the curtain to look out the window so we tied it up only to discover the windows had not been cleaned for months.
