Nice hotel, very clean, comfortable, great location for shopping, restaurants, bars. Staff were friendly but we had a few issues with not being informed on key information on arrival and lack of communication between day staff and night staff. Overall It was still a nice stay.

The bedding was really disappointing. The beds were so uncomfortable as well as the quilt poor quality and the pillows. Disappointing for what’s meant to be a 5 star facility.
