There is no parking available in the building; however, there is secure paid parking available nearby.

Other things to note
You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host if you require more than 1 set of key. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the swipe card and keys to avoid inconvenience.

This apartment has been leased for long term tenancy for the past 2-3 years, and while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.

The following is a list of issues we found:- Very slow and sometimes not-working internet connection- Dirty dishes in drawers from previous guests- Lack of information about the unit in welcome booklet (i.e. switch at front door powers AC, oven only functions with oven timer...)- No sheet on bed, only a quilt which isn’t ideal in summer- Used dish sponge (had to buy new ones)- Empty hand soap in bathroom- Utensil holder for dishwasher doesn't fit in dishwasherThese would less than two days to address and would improve the place from 3/5 stars to 4.5/5 stars. Apart from this, the host was well organised and reachable and the apartment was very accessible and secure.
