Okay, but not without challenges

The room matches the photos, that much is certain. The view is great, and the room is spacious. Unfortunately there were a few things that didn't work too well. - We couldn't get in touch with the host until a couple of hours before check-in to get instructions which was pretty stressy. He ignored comms via Vrbo and SMS. - We only got one room key, which is a real struggle for a 3br apartment with no intercom and poor reception. - The key didn't work for access to the pool any time we tried it. We saw this same thing reported on another site for this apartment. - The furniture is a bit tired. Wobbly backs on chairs, old stains on couch, etc. Not a deal-breaker, but not exactly 'penthouse'-grade. - The 'other amenities' listed appear to be for-show as there was no information at all on how to book these, if it were in-fact possible at all. - It's a bit under-done for in-room amenities. One tiny ice tray, one hair dryer, as examples. Not ideal for a 3br apartment. All-in-all we enjoyed the stay, but I do know there's other options in the complex that are superior for the same price.

Never ended up staying here as host would not supply check in details and left us stranded during the F1 Grand Prix. Do not recommend booking this place.
