THE SPACE
Elandra is a light-filled, thoughtfully styled home designed for relaxed beachside living. Whether you're preparing a long lunch in the open-plan kitchen or lounging in one of the outdoor zones, this home delivers a seamless blend of comfort and coastal charm.
Unwind beside the solar-heated pool (sunlight dependent), where long afternoons drift easily into balmy evenings. Fire up the built-in gas BBQ, dine under the stars, or kick back in one of the shaded lounge areas. With a pool house, Smart TV, and a calming water feature, the outdoor space offers a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere - perfect for slow mornings, lazy afternoons, and leisurely evenings.

Please note there is no access to the master bedroom, the ensuite or the garage. These will be locked.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying, and loud parties are strictly prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
There are no schoolies, parties, or events allowed. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.
