A renovated beautiful apartment with Carlton's famous cafes and restaurants virtually at your doorstep. Close to everything that counts, walking distance or only one tram stop to Melbourne University. Stroll to Lygon Court Shopping Plaza, local parks and gardens and a 5 minute tram ride to the CBD. Parking is also available.

Guests will have full access to the apartment. Current no access to building facilities available.

Located a short stroll to the iconic Melbourne Museum, Exhibition Building and bustling little Italy on Lygon street. Only a 30 minute walk to Melbourne CBD.

Public transport is only meters away. Trams to and from the city on your doorstep.

Parking is available for a small to medium sized car
Please note, this house has a strict no party policy. There are cameras outside of the property.

@ No more than 4 guests in the house at a time

Community feel in Carlton.
Excellent location, very close to supermarket, drycleaners, pharmacy & Lygon St. Public transport nearby. Quiet situation, beds & pillows very comfortable. For longer stays a tumble dryer would have been useful to allow laundering of linen & towels. A thoroughly enjoyable 2 week autumn break in a great part of Melbourne.
