This review, posted months after the accommodation stay, states absolutely nothing about this lovely, modern riverside property with excellent facilities and wonderful shopping nearby, but is focused almost exclusively on her dog and her account of our response to the incessant barking of her dog while left alone in the apartment. We received multiple calls from several distressed neighbours who were disturbed by the barking and had reported this disturbance to the management of the owners corporation (body corporate). We tried several times unsuccessfully to contact the guest by phone and text to kindly request her to deal with the unacceptable situation. We are always professional in all our communications. As a result of this guest, we feel compelled to modify our pet policy and will no longer accept dogs. This is a pity as most dog owners are very responsible, but we cannot risk another disturbance to neighbours. We will not let this unbalanced review detract from our proud guest record of outstanding hospitality and service, and the excellent property, facilities and location.
