South Yarra is a very safe suburb.


Flinders St/Federation Square/city centre - 15 min tram from stop 28 on the corner of Toorak Road and Punt Road.

Sporting stadiums and events are all just on the other side of the Yarra, about a 25 minute walk away.

Fawlkner gardens w BBQ - 2 min walk

Toorak Road - 5 min walk

Chapel St - 10 min walk

South Yarra Station - 10 min walk

Meanwhile there is a Melbourne Bike Share station 1.4km away near the MCG.

Unfortunately no parties and no pets. The neighbours do notify if music is too loud. Any fines received will be passed on to you. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only if door is closed. Thank you kindly in advance for taking good care of the property.
