I stayed here for my Uni Residential Study visit. It is very convenient. McD 24 hours restaurant is outside the motel. And there are Coles Express 24 hours store next to the McD. DFO Unihill outlets is just 7 bus stops away or 30mins walk. Woolsworth store is 5 minutes walk too. Not much traffic and therefore gives me a comfortable and good rest. There is a free parking too within the premise for those who drive. Every day the housekeeping cleans the room. Also for those using wheelchairs, there is no steps to take and most rooms are on ground level.
The place is noisy, no hot water in the shower, the bed is disgusting. The room is non smoking but the smell inside is very smelly and the pillow is smells smoke.
It was only for a day so it was okay. This property has been downgraded since the ownership has changed. No complimentary wine or bottled water, no Foxtel or smart TV etc.
This is a slightly deceptive property. On the outside it looks like a standard 70's motel. Inside, however, it is fitted out with a new bathroom..and newly decorated. two bedrooms, plenty of space, very clean and the usual motel trimmings. Would definitely stay there again!
Was a very clean room without much issue. Only general house wear and tear. Only the shower seal was broken otherwise everything else was i good repair.
Quiet property in a quiet street. Close to several dining options. We had a deluxe family room. 2 bedrooms & spacious kitchenette. Modernised bathroom.

Good property but one of our rooms smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, our special request was confirmed but they didn’t follow through with providing the requirement. There was also a party all night and children running around late and smokers right by the room doors
The room was clean, owners are polite. Convenient for food and shopping. Only tiny gripe, although it did say on their Guest paperwork in the room that there was free bottled water but I didn't have any as I wasn't sure if I could drink the tap water. I would stay there again, no probs.
Friendly staff eho alliwed us to book in early. Comfortable bed. Shower was a but tricky grtting hot water level. Kept chang I ng and had to be adjusted. Great location for us eith friends in Mill Park. Plenty of eating places around.

To close to service station with noisy traffic, also guests or staff moving furniture or something afterhours
Room 24 crawling with cockroaches if I can attach my photos I will. When I complained staff at front desk verbally attacked me 3 times then ear bashed on the phone. No refund yet and no response yet from Best Western Head Office regarding the matter. Hope I an attach pic's at the end of the review. Make sure if you stay here you take protection. I won't be staying here ever again and I will be following up, terrible night no sleep and no where to go for help.

The place was good and rooms are fine but the receptionist was not friendly and NO smile NO greetings nothing. Seems like just want to handover the key and go. Rest everything was OK. There was NO complimentary Water bottle given so had to drink Tap water.
Big room, some things updated, others not, biggest issue is smoke gets into the room (badly) - after advising mgt it’s like oh well people smoke outside and it gets in - as an asthmatic it’s not good
