When i phoned you up and told you what room i had you in you were told that i myself had a function to go too and that not to lock yourself out as i would not be there , if you could not fathom that then there is no hope . There is not a motel in the world that knows what sort of people book their rooms before they get there , and the air con is brand new , if you had of bothered to read the guest info book that is in every room then you would have read about the heater how to put the plastic tag in the slot to get power to the machine and also the wifi password etc.The music festival was on Sat night , which by the way we have no control over , it is the local council , you also stayed with us on Friday night as well , SO YOU DID STAY 2 NIGHTS , otherwise if you were not here on Sat night you would not have heard the music . please be mindful to tell the truth .

It seems very strange that this person , who by the way , has never stayed here can write such a review , she booked online thru expedia , then at 3.30 in the afternoon of her booking she phoned us up and wanted to cancel telling us a story of someone who had died , seeing as we have a 48 hour canc. policy and the fact that she had booked online it was totally out of our hands as expedia had already taken their money out and we had received the remainder , just sour grapes on her part of not cancelling in the right time frame so she is to blame , not us .

we are currently looking into that problem with the door locks but we do not seem to have any attempted breakins in this area at the moment , touch wood .

Thank you Lisa for your very kind words , we cannot however stop how different guests behave themselves at night and in the morning , we do get a lot of repeat guests coming back and they know the right thing to do but i suppose some people just will not think about other people's feelings and until it happens to them they may never wake up to the real thing .
