    Melbourne visit

    Akemi was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble, the apartment was comfortably furnished and clean,very good transport links nearby. It would be good if there was an information booklet to inform visitors of how to get around and show places of interest, all in all a great place to stay.

    Disgraceful

    In accurate and incomplete access details, one wet bed, one bed with unwashed bedding, no toilet paper in bathroom, dishwasher not unpacked, wet towels left in dryer with no instructions. There’s more but suffice it to say we did not stay and want a full refund.
