"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is absolutely stunning as soon as you walk through the entrance, with a spacious open-plan layout that creates a welcoming atmosphere and provides plenty of room for families to relax and enjoy their stay.
One of the standout features of the hotel is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The resort itself is set within large, beautifully maintained grounds, offering plenty of space to explore and unwind. There is an excellent variety of food and dining options available, each with its own unique charm. The spa facilities are beautiful and provide the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. We were also very impressed by the boathouse team, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. As a beginner solo snorkeller, I asked whether one of the crew members could accompany me, and without hesitation this was arranged. Their support and encouragement made for a positive snorkelling experience.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, with an impressive selection of options catering to a wide range of tastes. The area for improvement would be the check-in and check-out process, which could be made a little smoother and quicker. I would happily recommend this hotel and would like to return in future."
