"The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back! "The mosquitos are a big problem for anyone coming to this property. Also they don’t have room service which is inconvenient at times. They allow random sellers to come to the beach and try to sell you random stuff for way over their value. Also the taxi and rental car they work with are extremely expensive compared to outside. Staff is lovely and helpful and room is nice. Food was always decent with many options to chose from. "

"Great location for access by foot to Grand Baie. Just the right amount of sunbeds by the pool and on the private bit of beach. Free waterports - kayaking, paddle board, snorkeling and glass bottomed boat trip. Enjoyed the breakfast, other food was ok. (Recently?) renovated in a beautiful colonial style but there were some small things in our room which could have had more care taken over. Had been cleaned in a hurry for our check-in so a fee things were dusty and there was a wet cleaning cloth...

"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"The first question asked at check “how & who did you book with? I said Expedia & we didn’t get the same service as those booked directly with Radisson! No cold towels, very slow mediocre experience compared to others! We had the only one bedroom private pool villa, it was nice, spacious, the pool was wonderful but a lot of black mold in the shower that they did nothing about after we asked them to remedy it on 2 consecutive days, we had a hornet nest they did remedy. The suite had no ice bucket...
