"check in and check out was excellent"

"I forgot a bag of perfumes in room ,called them back the front desk and said they would hold on I would pick-up the bag the next day , I went to Holiday Inn express to the front desk bring a winco bag and looked inside bag and perfume was missing i asked where the other bottle of perfumes they said was one bottle of perfume inside the bag I told them there was two bottles of perfumes inside the Winco bag someone stole the bottle of perfume "

"Older hotel but in an overall safe area. Next door to Motel 6 which attracts a different kind of vistor but in no way reflects on Super 8. The room was clean but needs an update (flooring is tired pergo). Breakfast is "grab-n-go" which consisted of 2 packaged pastry choices and a coffee. At 7:30 when I stopped in to get said breakfast, the office was still closed from the night before and no food was out so we went to a coffee shop. Pluses were that we were close to our venue and across the street from the John Muir historic home which is pretty neat. "

"Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cons: 1. Bathroom Door is Barn Door and doesn’t provide full privacy because there’s a gap where you can see through. 2. It’s located between the middle of 3 traffic lights 3. Not enough parking and doesn’t feel as secure as we anticipated."

"The room smelled like smoke and the room I reserved was not available and had to use a roll out bed instead of a standard bed I had paid for. "

"Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. "

"I didnt even check in because when i made my reservation no where did it say hotel was under construction terrible desk person with attitude pool was closed & no lobby to work out of"
