"Clean room, kind and helpful staff."

"The value was not there. They provided within the price a room to sleep in, which is what we could have gotten at a cheaper place. Breakfast not included with the costly price of the room, ⁵ i felt like that was a very cheap way to go for a supposed nice expensive place. I normally don't stay at s place like this but it was the closest to my nephew. Pricing was way to expensive. I was disappointed and won't stay there again. I need more for my money."

"This was my first time to use Hotels.com I was slightly worried for a moment about the site when i tried to confirm my reservation a week before my stay. The hotel could not find my confirmation number from Hotels .com The reservation number that i received was different from the usual hotel confirmation. Going forward, I recommended Hotels .com give the customer a confirmation number that hotel can easily locate. Also a direct number to their site, as well as to speak to a live representative should there be any questions The Hotel Stay: The rates were pretty good. Was told they charge for breakfast, so i passed. Room was clean nicely arranged. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only con was the pricing for self parking. It was pricey. It should be free if you reserve 2 or more rooms. Especially for a one night stay. Would I use this site again ? Perhaps I would. I don't travel much, but overall it was very nice. "Be careful if you stay longer than one night and don’t have them clean your room. We never had room service for three nights this includes no new towels or sheets either. Also I asked for a broom to sweep out the room we were on the first floor in the back grassy area so dirt and debris followed us inside our sheet and towels were dirty at checkout because they were never changed however they used this to keep my deposit of $100 and banned me from the hotel grounds all together stating that one of the towels had to be thrown away. I used the towel to wipe the floors down before checkout thinking I was cleaning it up and I reminded them every day that we needed new linens but never recieved any. The front desk kept telling me that the maids would bring them but they never did and on the second night we left the room for four hours giving them notice that we would be gone so they could clean the room it wasn’t until after we returned to our dirty room did the front desk tell me they don’t clean rooms that guests are staying in so we wasted half a day staying away for nothing. I think it’s intentional so they can pocket your deposits."

"Yes, the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately there were a lot of gnats or flies. But other than that, we were very impressed for such a crowded weekend. "

"Excellent location near Bay St. Emeryville mall and Tokyo Central market, and not far from Berkeley which was our destination. Good size room and comfortable bed and sofa. Excellent selection and delicious free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!"

"There is not a free breakfast so take that off the list. The property is currently under construction so everything is not available. I will not step off the property for fear of being killed so we missed dinner. Everything else was OK 👍"
