"The staff was very polite and helpful. Most greet you when they see you with an, “Hola!” The food is delicious. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and property is clean, the view from the room is amazing, loved the cabanas and the Anjeo was flowing."

"It was my first solo trip. I felt very safe at one point someone followed me to my room, and Security immediately came and removed them aside from that. My room was beautiful. I was greeted with champagne in my room. The food was amazing at the steakhouse and the service was impeccable. I cannot wait to return with my friends."

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay. My wife has SEVERE latex and banana allergies as well as others we haven’t pinpointed yet and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER. She was able to request what she wanted from The Kitchen Table for breakfast and they would personally make it each morning to avoid all contamination. We also let them know where we would have lunch and dinner and the chefs would come out and reassure us that everything was made separate for her to avoid any contamination. Everyone checked on us everywhere we went and it was soooo important to us that they took it so seriously. Of course she couldn’t help but end up having allergic reaction right as we were waiting to leave. We aren’t sure to what as it was completely random. The doctor was able to give her medicine and an injection and monitor her. Because of this we missed our transportation but the hotel provided us a taxi and we made it to our flight! We cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. And to add to it, the food was 1000/10. It was SOOOO good everywhere we ate. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much to Fernando and Chef Benjamin and the manager of the Kitchen Table. You made this trip absolutely perfect."

"I stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun and honestly had an amazing experience. The resort is beautiful, modern, and super clean from the rooms to the pools and restaurants. The staff made the trip even better everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety every day, and the drinks were top tier. The pools were definitely one of the highlights: relaxing during the day but still fun and lively when you wanted some energy. The atmosphere was perfect for couples or anyone looking for a more relaxing adults-only getaway. The beach had some seaweed at times, which is common in Cancun, but the resort staff worked hard to keep it clean. Overall, the service, views, entertainment, and overall vibe made this one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury all-inclusive experience in Cancun."

"The staff was very nice, especially Marissa from the Aroma cafe. However I stayed for 6 nights and it was not enjoyable while I was there, food was not good. Also, didn’t like how some of the staff singled us out trying to get us out of the hotel most days and do excursions when all we wanted to do is relax."
