"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night. We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels. If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"

"*In the morning (only stayed 1 night) found bed bug. Took video and showed employee. *Booked a family of 4, only 3 bath towels provided. So I went to the lobby, which was empty and was about to ask for another towel, when two groups of new customers arrived and tried to cut line, with the employees approval (after all, I already booked). Tired of this line cutting, I insisted that I be helped. *slight unpleasant smell permeated the hotel * Location was near St. Mark's which was a plus."

"The neighborhood is great bc it is not as jam packed with tourists but within walking distance to everything. The hotel is quirky & I loved this about it! Not stale like a chain hotel & not trying too hard to be hip. There is a lovely garden space & a nice restaurant for your morning coffee or breakfast. The staff is friendly & helpful. I highly recommend having a drink at their very small but very charming bar, "

"I had to find a hotel in Venice with a workout room, specifically a spin bike, and this was one of the only affordable places. It wasn’t in the location I wanted but it turned out to be in a great spot. It was easy to get to from the airport (bus) and it was right next to a vaporetto stop, which took us either up the canal or straight to St. Marks Square. Breakfast was fabulous too, plus they had a nice onsite restaurant, which was handy because we arrived at dinner time and didn’t have the energy to go look for a place to eat. "
