We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo dei Guardiani in Venice. While the location is a bit farther from the city center, the accommodations were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The concierge service was outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and stay here again on a future visit to Venice.

The Apartment rooms are very good. It was a 2 bedroom with living room and 1 bath room. The apartment was very clean and neat. They have provided with everything possible that one can ask for. The staff is very helpful and we requested them for early checkin, they told us as soon as they had vacant they will give it to us and they gave. Only drawback is it is 1.30 miles from St. Mark Square. So if one is planning to visit the square everyday then too much to walk. Otherwise everything is around 0.3 miles. Definitely must stay with family

I was a little suspicious of all the 5 star reviews but they're all true! We had an excellent stay. Apartment as described, modern, clean and with all amenities needed for a family city break. Location was perfect for us, outside of the hustle and bustle, calm but still with lots of amenities very close by. The key tourist sights are a 20ish min walk away but walking around Venice is part of the charm. The Zattere area is beautiful for sunsets and a relaxing stroll/drinks/meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is refreshingly far enough away from the thick of venice’s touristy areas, about a 30 minute walk to Palazzo St. Marco. These are essentially serviced apartments. Apartment is really nicely decorated. They had a welcome cookie and wine for us. Check in was easy only issue was the AC didn't work and since we checked in late, they quickly came to restart curcuit board. I would stay here again. It is a good location for walkers. My wife and I love to walk. You are close to Campo Santa Margarita - which is a nice plaza - more local than touristy. You are close to the train station and access to the airport. However, walking to St. Marks Square and the main tourist area is about 20-25 minutes. The space is great. We loved having a clothes washer in the unit. There is a grocery story a few hundred yards away - AMAZING! We were able to get everyday food and supplies. This is HUGE for us - we can NOT do big breakfasts everyday. Most breakfasts and some lunches can be prepared in the room - leaving dinner as the daily "eating out" event. We loved that.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. One of my favorite features was the beautiful skylight-style windows in the ceiling, which filled the space with natural light and gave it a unique charm. The location was excellent—quiet enough to feel relaxed, but still convenient for exploring Venice. The only minor challenge was the keyless entry system, which relies on a cell phone connection. At times the internet signal was weak, making it a little difficult to access the apartment. It might be helpful to have a backup option such as a code or physical key for guests who experience connectivity issues. That said, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay. I would happily recommend this apartment to others visiting Venice.
