I was a little suspicious of all the 5 star reviews but they're all true! We had an excellent stay. Apartment as described, modern, clean and with all amenities needed for a family city break. Location was perfect for us, outside of the hustle and bustle, calm but still with lots of amenities very close by. The key tourist sights are a 20ish min walk away but walking around Venice is part of the charm. The Zattere area is beautiful for sunsets and a relaxing stroll/drinks/meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is refreshingly far enough away from the thick of venice’s touristy areas, about a 30 minute walk to Palazzo St. Marco. These are essentially serviced apartments. Units come with all kitchen tools, a dishwasher plus indoor laundry machine. This is definitely good for people traveling with children.

Apartment is really nicely decorated. They had a welcome cookie and wine for us. Check in was easy only issue was the AC didn't work and since we checked in late, they quickly came to restart curcuit board. By the time it was done felt it delayed our sleep time but overall a great place. I would recommend the place.

Really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room with a separate living room/kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, the towels were large and luxurious. The staff was helpful and stored our luggage for a couple hours after check out. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment was clean and modern staff were very helpful it was in a great area close to shops and restaurants and the Grand Canal
