"The hotel itself is VERY nice in that for the type of property it is, it was very clean, the bed was comfy, the common areas were up to date, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. But the area surrounding the hotel is rather tawdry and looks like any suburban sprawled area, but dirtier. The nearby restaurants were chains. If you have a car, this may not bother you. Their parking lot is covered and guarded. I didn't have a car and ended up spending quite a bit to not have to use public transport."

"Best hotel in downtown arguably. We were there for Wednesday night and it seems on that day they have local artist come and perform 3-4 songs for us for anout 3 hours starting at 8pm. The rooftop pool lounge is spectacular. They play the best music. We got the corner studio on the 10th floor and it was breath taking. Felt like a studio apt. Yes there is homelessness. There is homeless ppl in EVERY downtown. Do not make that stop you unless u are one of those scared of life travelers then yes let it stop u lol. Youll see them anywhere u go though. "
