"We had a very nice two-night stay at the hotel. Room was very nice - clean, nice big towels, comfortable bed and a quiet HVAC. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very courteous. The only minor negatives: no ice machine on first floor (had to go to 2nd floor); restaurant supposed to open at 7:00 am but both mornings, had to get kitchen staff attention to get seated and served. Restaurant food was very good and the service was also very good (just not prompt in opening in the morning)."

"The breakfast for $5 for your party was great. They had a variety of items to eat. The buffet style setup was always full of food and drink. The staff were welcoming and kind. This.hotel offers a one free ride per day to and from by Uber to select locations in the area. We ate dinner in the 270° panaramic view of the mountains and Pacific not to mention the food was scrumptious. The location is great for West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica."

"On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. All hotel guests can eat breakfast for free the next morning which we already had with our booking. Breakfast was good except for the part that if you want cook foods such as eggs etc … you have to pay extra which we were not informed at check in or we first entered the restaurant. Hotel location is super close to Universal Studio. Shuttles run every 15 mns. Only 1 minor note … parking fee is too high. "
