"Stayed here for overnight transit between terminal 5 and terminal 2 and to have a great hotel like this so close to terminal 2 a huge bonus. Staff friendly and check in so easy, check out even easier. Room was also spot on. Only one negative in that using my debit card on the courtesy bus to terminal 2 my card was bebited twice for one single journey a fact that I didn't notice till checking my bank after arrival at my destination. Minor issue maybe but still something to be wary of."

"I have now stayed here multiple times , always found the staff to be helpful and polite . This the go to hotel while visiting the uk . Had a small problem with the heating not working. The staff gave us an alternative room ..which was an executive suite . So no complaints Highly Recommended !!"

"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading!
