"No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely"

"This is my third time staying at the Old Bell. The first time was with work and the second two times with husband and two children when we took part in local triathlons. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and the beer garden is fantastic with great games for the kids .like chess and jenga. The hotel is about a 10 Min walk to the river Thames where people were paddle boarding and enjoying the water. Love this hotel!!"
