"Our nights spent are the Splendid Premium Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi have been amazing and well exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted and checked in by Cindy we have felt welcome and valued guests. This is a very friendly place in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was really good with a good range of options including an egg service. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Over the three times we stayed we sampled three different rooms and all three were brilliant. The bed was huge. We used the pool and the rooftop bar. Both had the desired effect of relaxing us. Around the hotel is a vast array of restaurants and shopping. So this is a must try hotel. Thank you again Cindy and all the staff Cheers Darren"

"I've been to Ha Noi a lot and wanted to stay in a different part of town but needed to be near the main part of the city. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. If this was your first visit to Hanoi this would be a great hotel for you - it's easy to find, near ATMs/a 7-11 and in a slightly quieter part of old town. Good massage and laundry service, small but good gym for basics."
