"We booked this hotel while we were already in town. The hotel allowed us to check in really early without a charge because they had an open room. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was our main priority. Overall the stay was great! The room looked a little worn/used but it was clean, which matters the most. The entire staff was super friendly. I loved the coffee/tea bar and it was available all day. The location was perfect for our plans. We would definitely stay again!"
"Clean room and great breakfast buffet. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Great location and walking distance to Pier 39. Would stay again!"
"EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! From the front entrance with the valet parking, the doorman, from the cleaning staff to the bar attendants, front desk upon check in….
Exceptional across the board. The room excellent.
I will be returning mid December for a few nights and I’m so excited knowing this stay will be just as fantastic!"
"Everybody was awesome starting with checking in. Housekeeping, Room Service, breakfast was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again. Also the Belman and valet people were awesome."
"The room had lovely views, a nice long corridor as you enter the room. The bed was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating."
