Did not enjoy. Nickel and dimed for everything. Stowe your bags. $$$$$ Need a hair dryer $$$$$ Forgot toothpaste $$$$$ Late/early checkout$$$$$ Rooms are decent if you don’t like having a TV. Only thing this place has going for it is it’s location.

Very good service from check in to check out. Simple rooms but nicely designed and quiet. A really good stay for 2 nights and would recommend to friends and family. Cleaning could be better in the bedroom as always nice to feel like there wasn’t anyone there before you! Bathroom and towels were nicely clean though. Overall a really good stay and although I’d been skeptical about staying somewhere without a window - it really didn’t matter.

The hotel was great and the staff is very friendly, the only thing that we didn’t like was the charge for a 10£ per the day on a hair dryer also the cost per luggage that was 15£ per item. If they improve those things it will be a really good experience.

The room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. We got an "upgraded" room to compensate for the inconvenience, however, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. I requested management to clean it and they never sent anyone. Unacceptable, especially because the rates are so inflated. Stay somewhere else.
