We're sorry that you were disappointed at your stay and didn't have a good experience with us.The name of the property does not state it's a hotel - like you've mentioned, it is not a standard hotel, for there is no reception, but a smart boutique hotel. However, our staff is always nearby, available and keen to help should you need anything. As explained in the instructions that were sent to you, we provide free cleaning (therefore, our cleaners can take the trash out) upon request. If you do not request a cleaning, we won't enter your room, and you'd have to take your trash out - that is correct.You do get the room pictured in the booking - please bear in mind that the way Expedia and other platforms work is you've got to click on the unit type you're booking to see pictures for that unit type. We explained this to you on our correspondence several times and showed you how it worked. When the unit type has several rooms, all of them are displayed in the different pictures (when clicking on the unit type).The bathroom in the Family Room is small and the distance between the shower and the toilet is tight - this is correct, we do not recommend this room if you're a big person.As to the bites - that is a very serious thing and after you raised this with us, we had a pest control company visit the room - they thoroughly inspected it and the mattress and disregarded the presence of any pests.Again, we are sorry that you didn't have a good experience with us - we wish we would have been able to do more to make your stay a good one.All the best,

Hello Linda, we thank you for your review.The Warwick is a Victorian house so the building/rooms are not all the same size, so we do not have storage facilities however offer to hold luggage's should a room be available. We've improved the interior design to make the rooms all feel cosy.

This property is advertised as being a Smart Hotel - from the moment you book, we're in touch with you to let you know about the check-in process. When you fill in your check-in form, you get an email on which it states that you'll receive your instructions one day before your arrival. If you thought you would have limited Internet access, you could have asked us to send these instructions before - we would have been happy to do so. If, unfortunately, you have to stand outside because you haven't been able to note down your access code or to make a screenshot of it, you have a QR code that redirects you to our phone number. Despite the property not having a reception, it's very easy to communicate with us through the platform, our email, our Whatsapp, our phone number or even SMS. Our listing is as accurate as possible - the pictures depict different rooms within each category. It does sometimes happen that a guest sees the pictures matching our King Room, displayed on the main page, and then books a Double room - we understand that the expectations won't be matched on these cases, but luckily, our guests are usually aware on how to use the platform. If your toiletries were empty - we do apologize! It's something that does not happen and shouldn't happen - we would have been more than happy to rectify this had you gotten in touch with us. We're sorry that we failed to convey to you that we're always available and happy to help! Our guests do not get paid to leave good reviews, we can assure you that. People have different experiences based on their expectations and personality - we feel that we might not be the right fit for you and again, we're sorry that you didn't have a good experience. The experience, however, is very smooth, as you're provided with access codes for the length of your stay. All rooms are depicted within each category.
