We arrived at flat and received notice we couldn’t stay and were not told ahead ofTime and were scrambling to find a place form5 nights in London at 3 pm in afternoon

The owner was very receptive to any communications and answered promptly. We were there in a heat wave and there was no fan available. We had to leave the windows open at night and it was very loud!!! This led to restless nights, which was difficult after a long journey. The building itself needs new interior paint and clean carpets it was a bit concerning. The apartment itself was nice.
