A lousy nights sleep. The air conditioning was the noisiest that I have ever experienced meaning the room had to be either stuffy and hot or too loud to sleep. I told reception staff in the morning, but it was obvious rhat they made no note of it, so it would be unlikeky to be addressed. Since my last visit, breakfast has also been cut back to the bone with just plain croissants and tea/coffee. Gone are the pain ou chocolate and gone are the yogurts. It is now massively overpriced for what you actually get. I had once been a loyal customer, but no longer. The unsafe comment is about the area after dark rather than the property itself.

I liked the kitchen in the room. It was very useful. The room was clean, lots of light. The bathroom was in good condition. I had a very good sleep. The staff were good and helpful. All in alll a good hotel. I would stay here again.

Short stop in London
Stayed for three nights to go to a nearby event. Very good location, 15 mins walk from the huge Westfield centre and 25 mins walk to the 2012 Olympic village. Hotel was clean and very well run, we loved the complimentary coffee and croissants in the mornings. The hotel is on a major bus route and short ride from underground, overground and DLR transport routes. The staff were discreet and extremely helpful.

Attentive staff at all hours. Late night pizza was very welcome. Stratford Station has all the Tube connections; Stratford City Westfield a retail Mecca with good and plentiful restaurants. West Ham FC and ABBA Arena walking distance.

This is an amazing place to stay although we had a bumpy start with the delay in the room being available, I can not fault the accommodating staff one bit. We will definitely recommend and return, fabulous tentative, friendly staff. Accommodation clean, comfortable and just what we needed.

Everything is nice except that the bathroom can use better ventilation - it’s humid most of the time after use.

We were upgraded and the suite was lovely. Great view from balcony over London. Air conditioning was great but during night was too noisy kept you awake. If you turned it off it was too hot. Could have done with jam or marmalade for croissants. The breakfast was lovely otherwise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Great find, handy for Stratford station Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff. Clean apartment with small kitchen but everything you need. Certain to use the hotel again when in London

They claimed breakfast was included. Actually, there was no "breakfast". Yes, there were some pastries, but no restaurant. However, the cappuccino maker was excellent! As for the room, it was well designed and clean but tiny. Nevertheless, that didn't really matter so much. The location was...so, so. Restaurants were limited but available and a mall was nearby so that was a plus. Overall, I would say that the service was very good and they meant well, except I really wished they had a pub or restaurant in the facility.

Great hotel just 15min walk or 2min bus ride (bus 473) from Stratford station. Bus stops right outside hotel. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was good size with large tv, kitchen, rainshower in bathroom and comfy bed with quality bedding. Only downside is the busy road. but earplugs will block out noise to ensure good nights sleep.
