Bargain digs
Basic student accommodation so don’t expect too many frills. Great price though for a single room with en suite facilities. Clean towels, bed linen and toiletries. Great shower. Easy check in and security for late at night. Ten minutes walk from tube station

Check in was nice and quick. Room was great money for value. Disappointed at the cleanliness, not very clean and don’t think the towels had been changed from the previous guest if they ‘appear’ untouched. Wanted to use the kitchen to get some water and store my milk in the fridge, and considering ultimately this hotel is actually student accommodation, the kitchen was so dirty and had the word smell- would not even enter. If you want a cheap hotel in Shepard’s bush during this summer vacation then this is perfect, just don’t expect your room to be the most clean!

Extremely dirty. Words can’t describe it. We had to ask to have the room cleaned, 2 times, on day 3 of our 4 day stay they cleaned it. The shower drain, didn’t drain and was plugged with hair. Let’s be clear. This isn’t an hotel. It’s a dorm. They rent their unused, uncleaned dorm rooms to unsuspecting travelers. The people working the desk are kids and simply don’t care about guests. Oh, and the kitchenette in the room has NO pots, pans, plates, nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE

Arrived 7am, no staff at main table in lobby. Staff arrived 8am & would not check me in stating check-in was at 3pm. However I could pay them £5 to watch my bags until then! Also, I could pay £25 for earlier check-in at 12:30, but time not guaranteed. Male staff member was disinterested in my transatlantic jet lag; finally gave me room access at 2:10 PM. Apparently have about 104 rooms. I watched about 4 couples check out at 10am & maybe a few singles. I knew they had rooms based on the checkouts, yet I watched as the cleaning staff took regular smoke breaks. It was disappointing that as a guest staying there for the next 6 days I was treated with a so-what attitude. Approaching my room I dodged the cleaning staff in the hallway as they attended to their important personal cell-phone conversations. The "prison-cell" accommodations are not as shown. Filthy elevators - disgusting. No air-conditioning, horrible ventilation contributing to sleepless nights, no kitchen utensils or pots & pans as show in photos, no shower soap dish, not even a kettle, the kitchen is useless. The bed felt like they had put a sheet over a desk. You will feel every spring in the approximate 2.5 inch mattress, and your hands and wrists will be bruised every night as they collide with the wood frames surrounding the head board - all this as you deal with relentless heat of the room. Extras? No soap or shampoo offered beyond the 2 small tubes found in the room. Fresh towels are £5. No room cleaning!

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at
The room was very very hot, the widow could only be opened a few inches, so we could get no cool air. The bed was only a 3/4 double, not a double as quoted on the website. The shower had large amounts of black mould still in it and had no shower curtain. The common kitchen area was very dirty, rubbish and dirty dishes left on the beches, 2 cups of tea looked like they had been left for at least a week. When we contacted the reception, we were told nothing could be done till the next day. The next day, stiil nothing had been done, so we asked to see the manager and were told he could not be contacted by phone and was offsite. We sent an email with photos attached to the manager. When we finally got to see him, he hadn't seen the email and didn't know why we wanted to see him. We asked for another room and were told it would be at least another hour till they could maybe find us another one. We felt we were being messed about. After waiting for ages and wasting a whole day of our precious holiday time, we checked out and found another hotel.

It’s all lies, disgusting room
They don’t have a tv they don’t have a kettle, staff don’t care ... avoid this place at all costs! They don’t even service the room, no bedding changed at all in 7 nights.

Thank you for your review and apologies we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. There are a number of Television lounges across the building, and there are shared kitchen facilities whereby you would have been able to get access to a kettle. We do mention prior to booking that there is not a television in the rooms and we do not service the rooms daily and no daily housekeeping is provided. We are very apologetic that you found the staff to not care, we will look into this and provide them with additional training.

Student Halls
Basic. This is a university halls room, so don't expect much more than a small double bed, desk, wardrobe and small ensuite. It's clean and perfectly adequate for sleeping in. Even in the summer there were a lot of students around, so if you're looking for a hostel-style evening of pool and meeting new people, head to the communal areas downstairs. If you're looking for a quiet early night perhaps sleep with the windows closed. Free on-street parking in the local roads and bus stops right outside. Tube/train stations within walking distance.

Never Stay Here !!! Black Mold, No a/c, Bugs, Stained sheets and comforter. Young staff didn't have a clue about customer service, how to run a hotel, and didn't care at all !!! Rating should be NEGATIVE and ORBITZ should not do business with this property !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was nice enough, but it was advertised as having a kitchenette, but there were no utensils, no pots or pans, not even a cup for drinking. Our room didn’t have enough towels and it did not include a trash can. Found out after our arrival that this is student housing that they rent out over the summer. This as not clear in the advert. Finally, there is no air con and it was miserably HOT! We moved out early to find another place just so we could sleep.

Hashtag fake hotel
This hotel is not what it seems. It's student accommodation, dressed up for the summer with some fancy stickers and shiny branding. Don't be fooled, this is not the hotel you might have expected from the name. Surly reception service left us cold, but the decor looked nice, until we hit the lift. Grubby carpet tiles were the first hint of the problem with this accommodation. The second was the room. Small, compact, bijoux.. Enough to sleep in, with a cupboard for an ensuite. And HOT AS HELL. The provided fan did little to cool the room, with its safety catch window opening to the size of an envelope. Sleep was uncomfortable and disappointing in the heat of the summer. The heat also added to the atmosphere with bags of stinking rubbish left in the lift lobby overnight. Unpleasant and unnecessary. Overall, I could barely recommend these as Hashtag Rooms. As Hashtag Hotels, they are oversold and underwhelming.

쓸만합니다
골즈웍로드 역에서 버스 두정거장 가면 바로 숙소 앞에 내립니다. 트래블카드를 샀기 때문에 항상 버스타고 다녀서 편하게 왔다갔다 했습니다. 웨스트필드가 가까이 있어서 쇼핑도 자주 다녔어요. 기숙사를 여행객에게 빌려주는 형태였는데 기숙사의 리셉션 흑인아저씨들은 정말 재밌고 웃기고 친절했습니다. 그러나 해시태그의 리셉션직원들은 금방 퇴근해버려서 제대로된 서비스를 받은 기억은 없네요. 룸클리닝은 일주일에 한번 씩 하는 것 같습니다. 열흘정도 머물렀는데 룸클리닝 한 번 받은 것 같네요. 방도 나름 넓은 편이고 주방은 공용주방이었는데 주방물품이 1도 없습니다. 아무것도 없어요. 주방에서 뭐 해먹으려면 후라이팬같은거 다 사야해요. 수저 포크 가위 칼 등도 없습니다. 세탁은 기숙사 지하에 있어서 5파운드씩인가 충전해서 쓸 수 있고요, 화장실도 깔끔하고 좋긴 한데 수압이 엄청 약한데다가 샤워기가 벽붙형이라서 씻다가 좀 빡칠수가 있습니다. 그래도 나쁘진 않았어요.

Vorsicht vor diesem Hotel!
Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 3,5 Sterne Hotel! Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, in welchem Tierfäkalien und sichtbare(!) Bettwanzen waren, das angebotene Ersatzzimmer war ebenso "versifft", weshalb wir beschlossen haben direkt wieder auszuchecken. Das Personal war nicht hilfsbereit und uns keine Rückerstattung angeboten. Das Lustige dabei: Sie haben nicht einmal versucht sich aus der Sache zu reden sondern haben zugegeben das sie ein Problem mit Bettwanzen haben!

Das Hotel war wirklich absolut enttäuschend. Gefühlt hat nichts funktioniert, leider auch nicht einmal die Toilette. Die ist durchgehend gelaufen und war auch nicht zu stoppen, aus Nachfrage des Personals würden wir mit „Einfach nochmal drauf drücken“ abgespeist. Hatten bis zum Ende demnach kein Klo vor Ort und auch das Waschbecken ist nicht sauber abgelaufen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Drei Tage London
Das Hotel liegt vom Dreh und Angelpunkt, Liverpool Street, circa 35 Minuten entfernt und ist mit mehreren Linien zu erreichen. Rund um das Hotel sind drei U Bahn Stationen im Radius von 10 Minuten gelegen. Das Hotel bietet alles was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt, freies Internet, ein gemütliches Bett und ein Badezimmer. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers war leider extrem schlecht. Fremde Haaren waren auch am dritten Tag noch in der Dusche. Das Einlagern von Gepäck kostet pro Gepäckstück 5£, kein guter Service aber was soll man groß dagegen machen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Möchte man also wirklich nur duschen und schlafen, ist es für den von uns gebuchten Preis absolut Inordnung.

Studentenkamers die worden verhuurd als hotelkamers. De kamers zijn prima maar de hal en lift zijn erg vies. 1 set handdoeken per week en er wordt niet schoongemaakt tijdens je verblijf. Als je het goedkoop wilt houden is dit een prima optie maar ik zou zelf volgende keer wat anders uitzoeken.

Ho prenotato all'#hashtag perché sia come prezzo, per la posizione che per le camera mi sembrava la soluzione migliore per le nostre finanze. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati davanti ad una pensione per studenti fuori sede, nulla a che vedere con l'albergo pubblicizzato su booking. Siamo stati accolti da dei ragazzi molto giovani che per quanto gli concerne sono stati anche gentili e disponibili. Ma veniamo al punto cruciale della faccenda. Ci hanno dato una camera per persone disabili dove il bagno era ovviamente arredato per le loro necessita quindi non esisteva una tenda per la doccia infatti quando ci si provava a lavare l'acqua arrivava fino alla camera. Il letto (prenotato matrimoniale) era di una piazza e mezza (preciso che il mio compagno è 85kg per 1.75) lascio al lettore di immaginare la qualità del sonno per quelle tre notti di permanenza. Non è presente l'impianto di climatizzazione e non c'è ricircolo d'aria perchè le finestre si aprono solo di 10 cm a ribalta sempre perché fatte per persone con limitate possibilità di movimento. Ci era stato messo in camera un ventilatore, viste le temperature caraibiche della stanza, ma non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di accenderlo perché le griglie che contenevano le ventole erano ricoperte da uno strato di sporco e di polvere nera che quindi una volta acceso si sarebbero disperse per tutta la stanza. Quindi, detto questo, non consiglio minimamente questa struttura

Hotel nuovo ed inserito in un'ala di una struttura per studenti. Camere abbastanza spartane. In un soggiorno di due notti non sono state effettuate pulizie e cambio asciugamani. Tassativo il check-in dalle ore 15 ed il check-out entro le ore 10. Anche considerata la posizione, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Das gebuchte Hotel ist eigentlich ein Studentenwohnheim, was zur Folge hat, das die Ausstattung sehr dürftig ist, nicht für zwei Personen pro Zimmer geeignet und dass das Zimmer nicht regelmäßig gereinigt wird (keine neuen Handtücher, Müll leeren etc.).

Mit nicht all zu großen Erwartungen wir dort an, und waren ziemlich enttäuscht. Die kleine Küchenzeile war gerade mal mit 2 Tassen und einen Löffel ausgestattet. Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht vorhanden, obwohl vorher extra eine Mail hingeschickt wurde ob dies vorhanden sei und bestätigt wurde. Wir mussten uns selber Plastik Besteck und Teller kaufen. Kochen konnten wir gar nicht. Das Bad war dreckig und in der Duschen waren überall Haare. Im Zimmer war es sehr heiß und das Fenster könnte man nur einen Spalt öffnen. Es gab zwar einen Standventilator der war aber so dreckig das wir den eigentlich gar nicht benutzen wollten. Wir mussten ihn dennoch benutzen sonst wären wir da drinnen eingegangen.

Es un albergue, con una situación estupenda para visitar distintas zonas de Londres, con buena comunicación con el aeropuerto. La habitación no tiene televisión ni aire acondicionado, dispones de una cocina común a varias habitaciones. Sin servicio de limpieza.

交通の便が良いです。 ホテル前に中心地へ行くバス停と、歩いて2分のところにもハマースミスからのバス停。地下鉄も歩いて10分程度で2駅利用可です。 学生が多く、キッチンやランドリーもあるので、長期滞在しやすいです。 トイレが一時故障して困りましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。

Ruhiges Hotel circa 30 Minuten bis in die Innensta
An sich ist das Hotel wirklich ok. Bei dem günstigen Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten. Aber in der Dusche ist schwarzer Schimmel, der schon länger dort haftet, die Fenster lassen sich kaum öffnen hierdurch entsteht eine wirklich unerträgliche Luft im Zimmer - gerade in der letzten Nacht war es trotz angenehmer Außentemperatur wahnsinnig heiß. Geht gar nicht vor allem nicht im Sommer. Der Nachtdienst war sehr sehr nett und höflich. Tagsüber die Frau war etwas unfreundlich, der Mann dagegen ok.

I denne varmen som også var i London svettet vi ihjel på rommet og sov dårlig om natta. Ingen ventilasjon kun en vifte som dog blåste varmluft for det var for varmt. God service ellers og buss utenfor hotellet til City of London. Fint område med kjempe stort shoppingsenter og mange småsteder med god mat.

My opinion is that my room was too expensive. I have paid 173 EUR for two nights (room with a kitchenette). There was nothing available in the small kitchen (no plates, no cutlery, nothing). The room was way too hot (like 35 degrees). The windows partially opened so no air could come in. No airconditioning. I have asked for an electrical fan but the girl at the reception was not friendly at all and she told me that they gave away all electrical fans. Luckily my friend had two fans in her room so I could borrow one but they were so dirty with a lot of dust on it. I had to use is for the whole night otherwise you couldn't breath in the room. I had no trash bin in the room, nor in the bathroom. I had only one roll of toilet paper. The corridors were so dirtly, stripes all over the wales and carpet really dirty. I would NEVER EVER go there again!
