Beds were a bit narrow but staff were great and eager to help. Fahir, topping up the breakfast bar was wonderful- helpful and hilarious! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Rooms seemed very new and everything was in good condition. Very nice bar/restaurant on the ground level. Super friendly staff. Right across the street from the subway station, which was great.

I had an amazing stay here. As a solo international traveler, I felt safe, the room and property were very clean, the location is great especially being directly across from the bus and train station. The staff were absolutely wonderful from check in to the restaurant to housekeeping. This was a perfect stay and I highly recommend it!

This hotel is ideally situated for access to the O2. A short underground trip (1 stop) away. Rooms spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here for an event at the O2. The hotel is very convenient - literally across the road from Canning Town tube station and then only one stop to the O2 (Greenwich North). The hotel itself is really inviting with a large bar area which is relaxed. We stayed and had a drink when we got back from the event - it was expensive for a G&T but we were happy to pay it for convenience. We had a twin room - it was light and airy and very clean. The only issue for me is that the beds were quite hard so I didn't sleep well. But other than this the room was comfortable. The staff were lovely too. The hotel is very clean - robot vacuums are used throughout the corridors and walking to our room there was a lovely pleasant smell throughout! Great hotel, great price and brilliantly convenient for the O2.

Brill hotel.
Picked hotel due to location near 02. Thought it might be a bit rough or liad due to traffic abd trains. Got it totally wrong. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean big room, no noise. Only down side was too hard a bed, but that's just a personal thing.

Room good, breakfast fair, aftercare poor
Room was great, like most hotels the shower leaked, but the pressure was stunning. Breakfast was OK, downside was that at no time during my meal was all main ingredients available at the same time. I needed an email invoice afterwards, and the robot sent me to the wrong place, despite telling me it was the right, and then when I got to the right place the human told me that I could not get an invoice as I booked by Expedia, which is only true if you pay Expedia, not the hotel like I did. Would I stay again, yes as as the price / location was right for my needs

The room was quite small but comfortable nice clean. Staff was good. I do wish they didn't go to your room to do i don't know what & i am not talking about housekeeping. The breakfast should always be included with your stay though the coffee was excellent

We checked in at almost 10pm, on arrival I was stopped by security and said what are you doing when I went to use the lift. My friend was in crutches and I said I'm using the lift because my friend is on crutches! It was quite bizarre. Then he calmed down but surely if you see someone struggling then that's why the disabled lift is be used. Ibis downstairs is really cute, cosy and done nicely. It has candles on in the evening it's really lovely. At the check in desk I was told I needed to pay for my room. I said I've paid already, he said let me check. Embarrassingly the man serving me colleague who was stood next to him shook his head and said no it's paid. Again embarrassingly for the man serving me said oh I think my colleague knows more than I do. I asked if a complimentary late check out was available, he said we charge £10 every hour you take. So I confirmed back so there are no complimentary check outs. He was completely befuddled. Check in should have been simple I paid in advance so I get a room key. Then simply saying no we don't offer a complimentary late check outs. On this occasion given the circumstances of a broken foot and my friend literally limping with a huge boot brace we should have been given a complimentary late check out because everything simply takes so much longer. At 10am we had two knocks at the door and the cleaner proceeded to open the door. When she saw the room was occupied she said sorry and left. I was so shocked. Then at 11am the same.
