It was cheap and well located. I slept ok but it was not that clean and lots of broken things etc. if you are happy in a basic room that’s cheap then go for it. I would stay again for price and convenience only

I don’t know what to say other than the rooms were filthy, black dirt across the walls. The wall had what looked like spit marks near the doors with the shower not working. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked all the way from top to bottom. The bed was a metal framed nightmare. The hallway was full of dirty linen with the doors throughout the corridors were so stiff it needed 2 people to push it open. All for the price of £150 a night? They were not interested in anything we said. Just a bad place to stay.

1.The hotel was shabby overall, including the corridors and rooms, 2. Room was too hot as couldn't switch off the heaters. On opening windows, too much noise could be heard from road. 3. The toilet was dirty 4. Bathroom door couldn't be opened fully. 5. Uncomfortable bed 5 WOULDN'T VISIT AGAIN even if I get it free!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! One of the worst hotels i had the displeasure of staying at. Id recommend paying 100 euros more for much better hotels. As soon as we entered the room, we were surprised by the state of the place. Looked like a room out of the 1980s. There was dried vomit under the bed. We didn't trust laying on the bed unless we were fully clothed.

There were guests in the room we were given. It by the most nosiest road. Room is very old with falling off decoration and the toilet was missing handles etc terrible state wouldn’t recommend it.

Good value for the money.
Good value for the money. Everything is functioning within reason. We had no issues and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and we had no concerns. It is not a high end hotel.

It was cheap so I can’t expect much but the rooms aren’t in great condition, and the guests were so loud all night. My room also stunk of weed and cigarettes. The location of the hotel is good it’s right near the station and town but just the hotel itself isn’t great but you get what you pay for.

Upon arrival at the hotel it is very different from the pictures online the hotel did not have secure parking like it showed we then entered the room and it was unclean and very cramped the curtains was dirty and had marks in them and the curtain behind had not one but two holes is which made the place and a very uncomfortable visit there was many things that was broken and the light was hanging of which is a danger to us and other guests that may visit and the wires was hanging out and we have proof of this and the bottom of the door was hanging out which could of been a trip hazard and there was a lot of other problems with this hotel considering how much we paid for one room I would not recommend this place to anyone as you could find somewhere a lot nicer and more secure for 150 pounds

Pretty good apart from unwanted disturbance!
The room was pretty good except the shower was old and hard to get a decent temperature. Staff were friendly enough but I was awoken at 1.30am as they had allocated my room to someone else! Quite unacceptable really.

Awful place - doors banging all night. Dirty, someone had drawn in the headboard in biro. Wallpaper peeled off. Handwheel on pipe growing mould. Back of toilet broken. Bathroom door a mess. Bath had been cut to allow door to open leaving sharp edge. Large pipe running from floor to ceiling very hot making the room unbearable so windows had to be open which made more noise

A one night stay and that was enough. Well-located for the underground. The room was fine for one night. I wasn't expecting anything more. But it felt unclean and uncared for. The bathroom was small and badly lit. Not pleasant.

Staff didn’t care about the mould in the room, I’d avoid this at all costs! It’s not worth the money, the rooms are dated and nothing like the pictures. Mould in the rooms and them falling apart.

Well the room was freezing cold as the heating was not working!! Wall paper all ripped and falling off the toiled door wouldnt shut shower not working properly! No shampoo no soap the room had a smell!! Worst hotel i have ever stayed in

Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. No hand towels in the bathroom nor a bath mat, sink was clogged. Walls in the bedroom were ripped, ceiling has signs of water damage. Windows were not double glazed, so lots of noise from the busy street. Corridors are pilled with blue bags of sheets and towels. So a lot of negative points for this hotel only positive was the shower pressure and the location.

Good - cheap as we were at a show and just needed a bed for the night! Bad - add an s and rename as Hostel Lily. No-one on reception - waited 10 minutes on a tight schedule. Rooms very hot, Needed window open which then meant traffic noise. Health & safety issues with window hinging. Tatty old/dirty net curtain!! Ovious smoking by previous occupier. No security to lifts so anyone off street could enter and access all floors.

Well the bed was comfortable I woke up in the day of check out full of bites on my legs Also the main hot water pipe run through bedroom and at 4am in morning massive noises would carry on till gone 7am No way of turning heating down and you can open window but london being London it's so noisy all night
