Nice feel to downstairs areas - clubby, refined, loved the open fire in the lobby (though the Churchill speeches piped in to the toilet were a bit much).
Bedrooms a bit tired and chintzy - peeling wallpaper, broken lightbulb in bedside lamp, cracks in plasterwork; felt like one of those budget hotels on Sussex Gardens. Comfy beds though, and quiet.
Staff all nice. Didn't eat at hotel. Pretty certain that the decaf coffee I ordered in lobby was instant.
Area is outstanding - easy walk to tube, Marylebone High St is fab.
