Clean but not comfy

This little apartment is on the third floor, up narrow stairs. It is relatively quiet and clean but there is not much atmosphere, it is not as bright as the picture looks and the couch is very uncomfortable. The kitchen has a fridge that makes a lot of noise when it runs. Nothing extra in the kitchen - salt, pepper, basic condiments. This would all be ok if the price weren't so high - the company looking after the listing for the owners add on $130 pounds on top of the rental. The best thing that can be said is the bed is comfortable which if all you are going to do is sleep there, that's fine but you might as well stay in a nice hotel for the price. I wish I had. Also after you book you have to go through an on-line check in before you are confirmed with the management company that is very cumbersome.
