"This pet friendly accommodation is ideally located to explore all that the Cotswolds has to offer. The accommodation was clean and tastefully decorated/furnished with all that you need for a great stay. The check in communication was fine. The only things to note, take an eye mask with you if you like a dark room to sleep. Some of the rooms have blinds that did not block out the light. The hot tub was not functioning properly and needs a service."

"Kings Head was truly a wonderful experience! From the second I arrived the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Offering recommendations for things to do/see in the area. The room was so spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary cookies were such a sweet touch. The breakfast each morning was also delicious with attentive staff. I had dinner at the hotel as well one night and couldn’t recommend it enough. Truly wish I stayed longer to enjoy the hotel! Highly recommend!!!"

Food and drinks in the bar were very good with a nice atmosphere The spa was very disappointing though as the pool was far too cold and most of the spa type features (jets etc) were not working. Also we mistakenly left an item in the room which the hotel staff told us was not handed in which is again very disappointing when staying at an upmarket hotel."
