"We stayed a night here before the early next morning flight from Stansted. The hotel is amazing and We have stayed at other Novotel hotels before around the country and I must say we were NOT disappointed. Good size family rooms. Clean hotel and staff was brilliant. Parking charges are a bit steep for the night but the car park is very secure. We didn’t get to use any of the hotel facilities, however the restaurant is amazing."

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning by the sun streaming in at around 4:50am... I should say I didn't raise any of this with the hotel whilst I was there - so perhaps it was just this room..."

"Receptionist needs a refresher on customer service. Not warm/friendly at all. The card did not work one time and we called (she said she can't leave the desk) so we had to walk the entire way from the back. To be clear: I am not expecting her to leave her desk. Is there only 1 staff in this place? An apology would have been enough for the trouble. Instead? She said to not place the card near a phone. No sorry for that. I didn't ask for the reason or who is to blame. Is the technology being used by this hotel really that ancient? We stayed here to support a loved one in the nearby hospital. This attitude was really the last thing we need during this time."
