"Stayed at this property a few times but this last experience was below par. Rooms were not maintained, long wait to get into the room, also long wait to get car pulled up."

"A lot of things didn’t work. The toilet bowl was out of water & clearly plugged when we arrived. I called the front desk. He seemed annoyed. Yeah me too. He said he was busy but would come in a while. Waited six hours & finally unplugged it myself. Toilet exhaust fan was broken. Other than that everything was perfect."

"The property could use a deep cleaning. For example, dusting above the door in bathroom. Fixing the warped floor in the bathroom. "

"The elevators did not work most of the time snd we had to take the stairs outside the building. The heat kept shutting off. "

"We have been staying in this hotel because the location is perfect.It is within walking distance to the lift, the Snowdance ski rental, Pizza 101, and a Mexican restaurant. Our room was somewhat renovated, but the Wi-Fi stopped working. The hotel used to have breakfast, but not anymore. They only have coffee. "
