This hotel was 5 star+++. From our check in to our check out. We were offered an upgrade from our already beautiful room i thought I picked which then included breakfast each day. Free drinks in our fridge and a beautiful box full of chips, biscuits, nuts and other goodies. The room was a great size with a balcony on the 21st floor overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Good location and property. Very central. They have shower facilities post check out time, helping people who have late flights out of changi.

Loved the hotel and proximity to a shopping mall and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Chinatown and MRT stations. Rooms were clean and spacious, highly recommended for families traveling with small kids. Will stay again if we visit Singapore again.

This property is one of the best. We had such an amazing time. Location is quiet and easy stroll to Orchard Road. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. There is food and refreshment almost the whole day and so you will never go hungry. This is very helpful especially if you are on a budget.

Had a one night stopover in Singapore between flights. Arrived at the hotel at 5pm and left for the airport almost 24 hours later without leaving the hotel. Returning to Australia from a 3 week round the world trip this was the perfect spot to recover from the long haul and a bit of jet lag before heading home. A truly 5 star property and experience

Very Friendly and great service - clean and modern room. Good people and very easy to make they customers happy. if I was to critic I would only say that may be their breakfast needs some improvements, they mainly cater for the Asian population, very little variety of Western food. Just a few minutes from the Airport. Staff allowed us to get early check in after long flight. Room is clean and being tidy up in evening. Room service also available for 24 hours. Perfect staying for us. Would love to stay again in future. Oh yeah, door man at Fairmont is very friendly and funny too.

The best and most convenient hotel i have ever stayed in as a stop over in Singapore. Staff so welcoming and warm ,the huge rooms and bathrooms, closeness to may restaurants and a huge beautiful outdoor pool .An Airport hotel would defiantly stay again .
