The staff was very friendly and accommodating.my only complaint is they dont offer a eaay to ready hiking map.they only offer a driving map and a smaller map of 3-4 smaller trails.but they offer a free bus service to and from several popular attractions close by! "The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, professional and efficient. The suite was beautiful with 270 degree views of mountains. The resort facilities were also fantastic for exercise and swimming. I look forward to returning in Winter and experiencing the changes in the landscape and nature. I can't fault this hotel it was a joy to stay at and very relaxing with excellent underground parking included"
