"The Main pool was closed they only had one pool operating but you could walk over to the other all star resorts and use their pools but what an inconvenience. The room had a dirty tissue under the bed and the mini grid was leaking water the overall stay was poor. "

"Great location, amazing views of the Epcot fireworks and Disney Springs if you’re in the tower. Avoid the cafe downstairs w the gas station quality pizza (undercooked and tasteless). Better to get DoorDash or Uber Eats instead. Hard sell once you check in by the Wyndham Vacation Club guys that can’t take a hint that you just want to go to your room and unpack and rest after a long travel day. Would stay here again despite all this. Perfect start for a disney vacation esp if you do a split stay and transfer to a Disney resort after your Disney Springs and outlet shopping "

"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "
