"Be prepared to wait in line for long periods of time. This is a great property, but I stood in the longest line just to check in. There was always someone waiting at the desk, even at one am, because they have some of their amenities checked out from here(like gulf clubs for putt putt). But my only real complaint is the security guard who is a female. Our keys locked us out and it was past midnight. I had four people in my party, my teen was having a panic attack, and we were sitting in the hallway. The front desk told us they were sending someone up to help us. The security guard showed up and I showed her our keys that had our room number on them, and she still wouldn’t let us in. I the. Proceeded to cry and get upset, because I couldn’t find my id after a long day at Disney and my kid was having her first panic attack ever and this lady was awful! She yelled at me and made me feel like an idiot. Why would four women sit outside a room that had our room number on it and cry be making this up?! Finally, she let us in after the nice guy at the front desk came up and let us in. Everyone at this hotel was wonderful except for her. When I went down to the front desk later, the guy at the front desk let me know this wasn’t the first issue with her. So why keep this person who can ruin a day? I admit, I was upset and I told her sorry before we got let in, but I was deep crying by the time we got in and she had made it 20 times worse. She never apologized to me."

"Staff was friendly, property was beautiful, but the checkout time is 10am which is very early considering we didn't check in until late at night, so it wasn't worth over $200 for 7 hours of room time. Had issues with the TV but we navigated those issues. Would stay again only if we could check in didn't at check in time."
