"The air conditioning didn’t work correctly in our room and couldn’t be adjusted and our blinds were broken and couldn’t fully shut. When the maintenance man came, he fixed the blinds but acted flustered about the thermostat not working correctly and just left the room saying an HVAC guy will have to be called. No one ever came. In addition, our carpeting in our room was filthy and our room smelled musty. It was a big disappointment for the kind of money we paid. "

"Room was clean.....bathroom held humidity and smelled moldy.......any charge to use the gym I felt was excessive and was not pleased when I was told I would have to pay for this...otherwise the hotel was lovely...good staff, clean"

"The staff was nice and helpful but areas of the building was dirty and need maintenance. There was the smell of marijuana from everywhere. We had a moment of fright in the elevator. Nothing like the pictures. Wasn’t our worst hotel ever but probably won’t stay there again. "

"Standard breakfast. Was good to have coffee and tea available for the while day. Rooms are very small Not enough room to put away your stuff. Area is good, much too do on short distance"

"Staff were great, room was super clean. Bathroom sink water temperature was scalding hot, had to be careful. Overall great place to stay. Had wings from Descend 21 sooo good!"

"Please do not stay here if you have a family. I luckily had a one night stay. The hallways reek of mold and smoke. The moment sat on the bed it sunk in (previously broken not by me). I was terrified to use the bed. The bed was not comfortable. The room had a horrible smell. I felt uncomfortable being there. I had a hard time sleeping. There were some sketchy people in the hallway. Door handles were broken. Sheets on bed were horrible condition. Every thing is out dated. If I did not already pay I would’ve not stayed but I needed a room to get to work on time. I am a nurse, and I’d sleep on a hospital stretcher before using that bed. I didn’t feel safe. Luckily I woke up the following day and was told at the front desk we don’t serve breakfast. Noted. I wouldn’t stay again. "
