Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location to Universal Studios, safe location, updated hotel, complimentary Dove hair and body products. Breakfast was decent. We had a very good experience. The hotel was in a good location, near of main attractions and with quick access to highway. The housekeeping went daily and was very friendly. The room was spacious with a full kitchen with pots, cutlery and all you need to cook if you want. We'll be back for sure.
