The service , staff, amenities, parking were good. My observation is about the carpet in the room and hallways, need to be replace. Otherwise is a good place to stay with great location. Everything near by. Restaurants, mall, gas stations. I will recommend.

The staff was helpful and informative..room was kinda old but the bed was comfortable & CLEAN im big on the cleanliness part!! PLUS it was really convenient across the street from Wawa gas station and directly next door to Dunkin’ Donuts and Mac Donald’s .

Orlando Palms is now on my list of hotels when I visit the city as it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't need to use the phone but it would have been nice to have one in the room to call the front desk for possible suggestions of things to do or if housekeeping was needed without having to go all the way to the front. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!
