My stay at Evermore Resort was profoundly disappointing, marred by a significant issue that was handled poorly. During my stay, I encountered cockroaches in my room, a distressing discovery that greatly affected my comfort and perception of the hotel’s cleanliness. When I reported this to the front desk, expecting immediate action or at least a change of rooms, I was met with a response that was both shocking and unsatisfactory. They informed me that the issue would be addressed after my checkout. This dismissive attitude towards such a serious hygiene concern left me deeply dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate that a resort, which promises a pleasant and comfortable stay, falls short on basic cleanliness standards and customer service responsiveness. I cannot recommend Evermore Resort based on this experience. Future guests should be wary of the potential for not only encountering similar issues but also facing a lack of immediate concern or action from the management.
