"Easy included parking, check in was quick and easy. The hotel exterior wise can be improved but has nothing to do with the actual stay which was great. The room AC worked fine and the beds were comfortable, the only downside I can mention is that the bed frame is metalic and would squeek when you move around in bed to switch positions. Besides that its definitely a bang for your buck kind of hotel if youre just looking for a place to stay for the night "

"Yes, there were activities for all ages. There was a pool in every section walking distance to where each villa was. I didn't like the fact that the watwrslides were closed all day while we were there. That was our main reason for going. Other than that the game room at the entrance, close to check in was a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun Bowling, on the pool tables, Ms. PacMan, and all the other games. I will recommend and do plan on going back very soon. Just make sure you check the weather for there before booking."

" I stayed three days. Never got hot water in my room. Maintenance never came back first day. Go to desk again. They give me a key to another room. Next day at the desk. Still no hot water. Ok we will move you to another room but you have to move your stuff yourself. The new room was 2 floors higher and as far down the balconies as possible. I just stayed in my room w no water. Staff did not care about me nor my problem for three days. I’m 70 yrs old. Rude"

"Everything about the place was excellent. The only issue I had was the $5 parking. It seems like this is just a random fee because there wasn’t anything secured about the parking lot for them to even charge anything at all. "

"Worst stay. Very outdated, 3 elevators and only 1 working, ice machines out of order, and the AC was not cooling enough. Will not be staying here again!"

"My stay was not so good the hotel was extra loud due to construction which if they had mentioned this beforehand I would have booked with a different hotel. The rooms need to be upgraded because you can now see where all the usage in the rooms, pool area, and throughout the property is wearing down. Staff is polite and very helpful. They need have more menu and store items on property for guest. Overall, I rate this stay a 5/10"
