Was a very good stay if you are visiting for an event at the convention center. Lots of places to eat around there within walking distance. Regarding the place, my only complaint was that the room had no shampoo and body wash.

Hotel was a little old but very well maintained. Great bar, restaurant shop, Starbucks, pool area and security guard for parking lot. Just didn’t expect to have to pay $10 per night to park. My agreement with Expedia was all fees were included in my hotel price.

Rooms need to be updated; my microwave did not work, need real shower gel and breakfast was expensive and terrible. The Lobby and website is very misleading. Gives motel vibes. Won’t be staying again. Customer service was good tho.

The room needed a renovation. A lot of wear. The staff was courteous, except the discounted Disney/Universal kiosk, that REQUIRED you to go through a 2 hour orientation on their vacation hotels. Didn’t say that at the beginning, but at the end. Very annoying, and I blame Rosen to allow that to happen. Very unprofessional.

The staff member's name who checked me in was CJ. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The room was very clean. The location of the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is great. I don't have any complaints about this stay.

Upon arrival, registration clerk was friendly. Location of the hotel was in an area where you could walk to plenty of restaurants. The room was clean but the next day our beds were not made. For a short weekend stay I would give it a rating of ok. Very noisy at night.

I place is older but it was very clean and the staff was quick. Eventhough the placed was packed, it was so quiet and peaceful. The amenities were good but they need to be a little updated but since there are so many places and activities around the area, it was a perfect location. Everything was within walking distance.
