Our stay here was brief but wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located for restaurants, bars, and things to do. Most of which is walkable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future!

Very spacious room had all the amenities we could possibly need. Bathrooms and the coffee tray could have been a little cleaner looked like they may have been in a hurry to clean and didn’t pay attention to the corners. Overall nice accommodation will stay again when we need a suite close to universal.

This is a great place to stay whether you are here for work or pleasure. You can walk to a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. They are directly across the street from ICON Park. The rooms are very spacious.

This was my fifth stay at Sonesta, and I have been returning since 2014. The hotel is very practical for families and ideally located for exploring the surrounding area on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. However, I would have liked to see the hotel receive some upgrades and modernization over the years. Regarding the staff, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, warm, and helpful. Unfortunately, the male staff members came across as rather cold and uninterested. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff is beyond out of this world and makes you feel like you are at home being treated with the best service you have ever encountered. I call everyone family bc they just make you feel so wonderful every time you encounter any one that works there. The place is beautiful, wonderfully located and very clean… family friendly and solo friendly !!! I will continue to stay at the best place in Orlando!!!!!! Don’t listen to me trust your gut and experience the best place in town!!!! With people who treat you with so much reverence that will wish you could stay forever!!! Just wonderful wonderful place and people!!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times, the most recent being the first time in 10 years. There had been a severe lack of money spent by the hotel within those 10 years. The cleanliness has dipped drastically, the TVs don’t work, some of the exterior security gates didn’t close properly, it’s in serious needs of some TLC and some serious updating. We mentioned our issues when we were checking out and the hotel agreed to waive our late check out fee which we appreciated. The location of the hotel is unbelievable for us you’re on the doorstep to ICON Park, there’s restaurants a stone throw from the hotel, there are new developments being built around the area. If the hotel paid some money and updated, as well as going back to provide a free breakfast for guests they could easily charge more for this hotel, in our opinion it would also entice many more guests to stay here.
