The size of the resort was huge, and the different themes in different areas were great for exploring, and the pool hours were very amenable being open until 11 so you could swim after getting home after park closings. Management goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is great and you are taken care of.
What was bad was food quality was borderline bad. With covid, they push mobile ordering, and contactless payment, and even when we waited in the restaurant for our order to be done, when we went to pick it up 20 feet away when it said it was done on our Disney app, most of the time the food was luke warm to cold. I know it is only quick service food, but for the prices you are paying for dining, and staying here, I would expect a little bit better.
Stay away from the large pool and keep to the smaller pools in the resort if you can, less traffic and the repair of the big blue pool should be redone again as the texturing they used for it feels like walking on gravel.
