This was my first time at Arts & Animation and I will definetly be coming back! I love the design and decor. I love how clean it was and how it was so easy to get around and transportation available to the theme parks.

Location to the Disney Skyliner. Room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. The quick service food was tasty and had healthy options.

Excelente lugar

O lugar é incrível como todos em atendimento e gentileza. Bom restaurante e equipe sempre atenciosa. Pegamos um frio com chuva e sensação térmica de menos 2 graus. Faltou alguns guarda chuvas para andar pelo resort. InfeliZmente não aproveitamos muito por conta da chuva e frio… pontos negativos. Faltou um edredom melhor nas camas. Quartos menores. De resto maravilhoso!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.

I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50. We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.

The fact that we could get the air transportation was good. They did not clean my room after the first night, and the noise on the corridors was horrible. Too much for two days above $1000 in my room.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn't provide us with clear directions in how to get to our rooms. ( the hotel has several buildings). We had to walk a lot and figure it out on our own where our room was located.The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom door hits your needs and the room door is inches away from hitting the bed. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

Great atmosphere bad housekeeping service

The resort itself was nice. Loved the pool and the cafeteria there. The room however was okay. The room was cute and clean when we got there. We stayed a whole week. Its a small room about the size of a motel. The biggest problem was the housekeeping service. They never changed our sheets the whole week we were there. They only took the trash twice. They never cleaned the floor, and there were crumbs everywhere by the end of the week. The beds were comfy but the pillows were like rocks. There was no support of comfort in the pillows. This made it very hard to get a good nights rest.

The Disney resort was very nice, animated, and colorful. The lobby was very bright and the wall was decorated with animated pictures related to the theme of the resort. There was an arcade to the side of the lobby. The resort has a Disney store with park merchandise. There's a food court next to the store with three different food options. You can dine in or take out. I only had dinner. I don't food options for breakfast or lunch. The resort has two pools. The big pool is in the center of the resort. Pool is always packed with kids and adults. Loud music plays during pool hours. The other pool is located by the Little Mermaid buildings. The pool is medium size, more quieter, and less crowded. My room was right in front of the pool and didn't hear noises. I got to the resort around 8:00 A.M. I didn't think I was going to be given a room so early since check in is at 3:00 P.M. The CM worked her magic and I was given a room. The room looked very cute (Little Mermaid theme) and clean. There was a mini refrigerator. I requested a microwave. By the time I arrived at the room, the microwave was already delivered and set up. The CM did mention that the room gets cleaned every other day. When the room gets cleaned, the bed(s) is NOT made. You have to make your own bed. I don't understand why the bed(s) is not made. The Skyliner takes guests to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The shuttle takes guests to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.
